Change keyboard language

is there anyways to change the keyboard settings to a difrent language?

my htc touch got norwegian. but my glofiish x800 dosent and i bugs the H*** out of me.

and can i get a norwegian language for the phone also?

found something called P_nordic something . cab

so if anyof you have something like that or know where to find it please tell me. i couldent download that since i dident have permissions
