I have been trying to figure out how to save my contacts from my 8125 phone to my PC. I tried to syncranize with outlook and got all the email addresses on the phone which is not what I wanted. I can not find the file on the phone that they info is saved in. Any idaeas?
When you first connect the PPC to your PC, Active Sync should popup and and walk you through setting up a "partnership." Has this happened? If so, you can go into AS options (when connected) and make sure you have contacts selected to sync.
just to add to above, once u select the 'contacts' to sync with the pc; they will be residing in contacts in ur PPC and in the outlook contacts on ur PC. so what activesync copies are the contacts from the outlook of ur computer.
Soberdon, I think you have to upload all of the contacts on your simcard into the PPC's contacts database... that's probably why synchronize didn't help you out....
