Probably, but I am going to suggest you not do that. While flashing a new ROM is not a huge deal it also is not too hard to brick your phone when you do it. If you are successful your next job will be to manually configure or install any of the AT&T customization you might need (such as setting up GPRS). All in all unless you are really comfortable with what you are doing I would leave it alone or pay somebody to do this for you. I that natehuntsvegas (on this board) will do this for $50 or something like that.
