I hate to make my first post a cry for help, but I'm really running out of options...
My phone is an AT&T 8525 (HERM100) with WM6. Either I forgot the damn boot password, or the input is being garbled somehow. I think caps lock might be inverted again (common problem for me), but it took me like 50 tries to figure that out and now I have to wait almost 2 hours to try again. My password is still saved in ActiveSync, and I am able to connect to the phone as usual and copy data, see reminders, etc. Is there any way I can access the registry or wherever the password is stored and delete the hash or replace it with a new one?
1. Connect with computer equipment, activesync will start automatically and through the Connection Wizard guiding the establishment of cooperative relations. Click Next.
2. Do not check directly with the synchronization server, click Next.
3. Select the option you want to sync, and then click Next.
4. Click Finish.
When the complete set, activesync will automatically sync, when the synchronization outlook after the end of the e-mail and other information will be displayed on the device.
