I am having strange problems with my brand new Samsung i780 device: Whenever I receive a new SMS message the Today screen is updated and shows either an open envelope or (after restart) a closed envelope with (currently) 14 pending messages - however after I enter my SMS/MMS folders they are empty.
Also I am unable to send any SMS messages.
Provider settings for SMS services have been checked and are ok. MMS has not been set up as I never use MMS, also my provider sends his MMS settings via SMS which leads us back to square one...
Any ideas anyone? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance !
