Is there any registry settings/ security options associated with windows mobile for denying the file deletion via program?
Our application needs to delete one file in our application directory say //Program files/myApp/123.dll and rename another file 678.dll under the same directory to 123.dll. It is working fine in all the WM5 and WM 6 devices available with us.
But it will not working for some of our customers having the same devices.
They are able to delete and rename the files manually but the program fails to do the same.
