How to save Calender & Contacts data files in external SD card to save internal mem?

I am using a Dopod 818 Pro running on WM5. My internal memory for storage is 42.55 MB but I am left with only 9.63 MB because I have lots of contacts.

Would appreciate any advice on how to move & save the 2 said files to external SD card in order to increase my internal free storage memory.

Im not really sure how I did it but I copied my phone contacts onto external storage card (Of my Omnia) and although long and drawn out process, clicked on every one of them in the file explorer and saved to contacts.

Hi Evrae, thanks for your response. Greatly appreciated! However, I am talking about Contacts in Outlook which cannot be copied one by one to an external SD card. Best regards.
