I just got a XV6700 and I can't get it to sync to the computer using activesync. I have loaded activesync 4.5 and was able to get it to recognize the phone, but when the sync is completed nothing changed on the phone. I am using Microsoft Outlook (I think that is what I supposed to use) and nothing changes on Outlook or on my phone after I have done a sync. Anyhow, if anyone can give me an idea of what to do or when I can try to make it work I would greatly appreciate.
