lots of trouble

I am having lots of trouble with my pocketpc phone. When i turn off the 'notify dilivery' option so i dont get texts saying my texts went through, it doesnt matter. The only way i can shut my phone completely off is to remove the battery. Under sounds, i have it set up to not make the clicking noises when i poke the screen but it doesnt matter. I have tried to reset it to factory settings but that didnt help. is there some way to totally re-install wm5? or is there a program that i can download to at least let me shut my phone down? please help!

1.KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Inbox/SettingsSMSNoSentMsg
Dword:1,then restart your phone.if "SettingsSMSNoSentMsg" didn't exist,create it yourself.
2.never heard of this problem,especially in wm5.
3.how do you set up?

try to use Resco Registry green version. maybe the software you are using doesn't have the privilege to change your device Registry.the problem should be relevant to the software version.change the version untill it works.
