Need help , when I download a file to my phone , It doesnt as me the normal, Do yo want to open , run or save to a location , Phone shows going through a process that takes some time and all I get is a bunch of letters and numbers that look like letters and numbers, am I doing something wrong if son whats the fix, I need to download so much, HELPPPP
Are you downloading OTA or via ActiveSync/WMDC? If you're going the OTA route, you should make sure the files you're downloading are .cab files. They're designed to be downloaded directly to your device from whatever site you're visiting and then run. If I'm not mistaken, .exe files must be downloaded to your PC first and sent to your device via one of the previously mentioned connections.
