Hi guys. My name is Israel and I'm new to the forums. A while ago my screen broke. I ordered a new screen and followed the instructions to replace it. The old screen at least turned on. The new one I put in doesn't light up at all. The bronze colored cable attached to the screen was slightly bent when it was shipped to me. Could that be the problem? I can't for the life of me get it to work. The phone turns on because I can hear the start up and all the other noises that come up afterwards. Is there some sort of store I can take it to and pay them to work on it? Any help is appreciated.
