If you are into listening to MP3s on your Pocket PC and I know a BUNCH of you are, you may have heard of Today Player. It is a today screen plugin that lets you control your mucis from your Pocket PC Today screen.
The developer (Mike) is looking for some beta testers to help make the application better and would like to ask them to download the latest build. "I've "finished" the Big Buttons interface for TodayPlayer, the MP3, OGG and Shoutcast player for the Today screen (and PPX.) It includes 5 preset buttons (like a car radio), which can be assigned individually to files or URLs (or turned off.) You can choose from two (rough) skins to download (if connected), or you can import your own image (240 x 251) and design your own hotspots for the buttons.
I'd like some beta testers for this; go to the Beta section on the web page to download the zipped CAB. There's also a link there to a bunch of screen shots, although descriptions are brief."
Sounds interesting. I like the unobtrusive quality it has. If it plays skip-free in the background while doing other stuff, it's gotta be good!
