Alltel HTC PPC 6800 Video playback is poor

Hello all, this is my first post so *wave*

I had an Audiovox PPC6700 before the new upgrade the HTC PPC6800 came out and it played video a hell of a lot better than this new one.

I've transfered the files exactly as they were from my old phone. I've even rerendered the files bitrate as low as 128kbps and still it's choppy.

Just wondering if anyone else notices this difference and if there is any advice for fixing it.

Thanks!

Ok, I got the video part to play right messing with the formats. Now the audio won't sync correctly...the video is about a half second ahead of the audio. I know it doesn't seem like much, but when you're trying to show friends ventriliquist videos...and stand ups, it doesn't work well.

Can anyone help me before I rip all of my hair out trying every friggin format and bitrate in the book?

btw, the videos play correctly on my computer, it's only when they are being played on my device that the audio/video won't sync.
