Hey everyone. I am beginning to program for windows mobile and thought I would check around. I am trying to find out what applications people would like to have that they haven't seen or haven't seen done well. I don't see any point wasting my time writing a lot of software that will be useless.
bingo calling ppc prog...xl mobile?
I am trying the (rand()) formula at present but it is not refined for me to use on coach trip..help to play bingo!!
In thinking about hx4700's desire for a bingo calling program I realized that having to touch the screen makes it inconvenient. My HP iPAQ 111 case allows me to view the screen but not to touch it with a stylus. However, I have access to the buttons.
Being a proficient Excel user have written many small but useful "applications". A shopping list were putting a 1 in Column A opposite an item causes the item to disappear from Column B (things to be purchased) and reappear in column C (things already purchased). This works fine but involves me touching the screen with my stylus. I would rather move the selected cell to column a then click a button and insert a 1 into the column.
Similarly, HX4700 would probably like to press a button and have Excel recalculate.
I have not given much thought to this idea however some kind of macro recorder where the macro could be initiated from a button might be right.
