Well, Noviiremote deluxe is considered to be the best on the market. However, you can also try TV remote controller (search for it on PocketGear) to compare.

I'm using RemoteControl II and have found it to be quite excellent. Very configurable, great author support, macros, and the ability to customize ANY device that responds to IR. You can find it here.
