Ever heard of this happening? Something tells me I did this somehow but do not recall deleting any type of icon to inhibit this feature. Any suggestions on how to restore it?
First thing I would try is just doing a soft reset. Like a warm reboot of your PC, that cleans out the RAM area where apps actually run in case the issue is simply a corruption or overwrite of code that has been read into RAM for execution.
