Thumbs down PDF problems

"ClearVue PDF encountered an internal error when trying to load or display the requested file" is the error message I get when I try to open a PDF file on my 8125. Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?

Thanks.

I agree with Jim; the Adobe reader opens pretty much any PDF file. Most others (including ClearVue and the freebie PocketXpdf) run into problems with maybe 10% of the PDFs I encounter due to tagging issues or the way the file was generated. The Adobe app also has the ability to reflow PDF tagged files so they are easier to view on your WM display.

Agreed with Jim and Yankee however I guess if you have no memory card you don't want to install Adobe as it eats up about 8-9mb (correct me if I am wrong).

If you have got a memory card and got this problem it could be due to following reason which I encountered long ago:
1. You have taken out memory card from the slot while clearvue was running in the back (remember, WM5 only minimizes the process, and doesn't close it).

The solution to that is to close all programmes and then soft-reset the device and there you go.

I guess it should work. Have a go and keep us posted if that solved it.
