I have a PocketPC that is supplied to me by my company. There is some special software on there keeping me from doing an active sync. I don't want to try doing any back door end arounds on the company's software, as if I screw the pooch I'll be in some trouble!!
I have been able to put .cab files on my sd card and intall them that way. I want to put some more apps on there, but the ones I want are all .exe.
Is it possible to create a .cab file from an .exe that I could put on my SD card and install it that way??
For what it's worth, I'm a MAC guy, but I am willing to lower myself to use my wife's XP machine if thats what it takes!!! (and yes, before you ask...I did try to active sync with the wife's XP and the MAC. The company software lock the unit whenever you connect a USB cable)
