voice command

I'm a new user. Can anyone recommend a better voice recognition software other than microsoft's voice command? If that is the best, where can I buy it cheaper than the $40 price on Handango?

thanks

So far Handango is the only place that it is available.

As time goes by, I'm sure you'll see it at other retailers, and possibly for less money as well.

I did purchase VC 1.5 and it worked fairly well. Then I purchased the upgrade to 1.6 right after I bought a Motorola Bluetooth H350.

My device is the Sprint PPC 6700. I can't get the bluetooth to work with the Voice Command. I press the button on the bluetooth and if the phone is on it will switch the screen to the phone screen, but the voice command doesn't initiate.

Anyway to get it to work with the bluetooth?

you'll need to make the following reg edit. change the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\VoiceCommand\Path to a new value: '\Program Files\Voice Command\VoiceCMD.exe' (without the quotes.)

Thanks for the replies.

I was able to get it to work. I removed some programs reinstalled voice command v1.6 and after several attempts and I was able to get the right set of selections on the options. It now works!
