streaming music.

Hi all.

I've just bought an rx1950. I'd hoped to stream mp3s from my desktop, via wifi to listen on my handheld.

I've tried Windows Media Encoder and can listen via my laptop but not the handheld, have had similar results with VibeStreamer.

Do I need other software or is it a configuration issue?

You are going to need new software. Unfortunately you'll have to pay $11 for it.

thanks again to yong. I had a look around before putting my hand in my pocket, & found 'gsplayer'. if you're ok navigating your network and have time to set up playlists it's a great free app.
