clock settings for 8125

I know I've seen it before but, where can I go to change the clock format..for some reason its in military format..or aka 24 hour format..please let me know I can't find it..

what's up...

click start, settings, system tab, regional settings, time tab. if u want the time to read out regularly, choose " h:mm:ss tt".

hope that works....
