synchronization with server fails ??

hello,
all our companies salesmen have a specific business software at their iPAQ's and the salessmen have to synchronise the data of that software often with te central server over the internet. The problem is, that one of the new iPAQ's does not compleate the synchronization. It has a Microsoft Windows Mobile Version 5.0 OS 5.1.1702(Build 14336.1.0.1). When I try to synchronise, it never compleates it and when I take a look at the server log files(every synchronization attempt is loged into .txt file at the server), the packages are in wierd 6 character symbols. With other PDA's they are normal words. It looks like the texst is encrypted. I disabled the firewall, no special network utilities are installed on my PC and I downloaded the latest MS Activesync as well. The synchronization works fine with other PDA's. What could be the problem? All help and questions are most welcome

martin

Hi m4rtin, welcome to the forum. I have a question, is there anything different among the iPAQs? I mean like, settings, connection settings, build models? something like that? Or have the settings been changed?
