I recently bought an 8125 and copied the SIM card from my Nextel Motorola i730. All of the contacts from the SIM are not searchable do not have the functionality of the contact I have newly entered onto the 8125. Am I going to have to manually erase and enter all of my contacts again so it works properly?
I wrote down 150 names and numbers on a [iece of paper before transfering my sim from one phone to an 8125, and I'm glad I did because I couldn't figure out where they wen't for the life of me. Luckily I had a few free hours to manually write them down and type them into my 8125 though.

Thanks for any help!
I too wanted to find a way to put a contact that i entered into the 8125
so as it would "backup" if you will to the sim card so if i had to do a hard boot/reset i would not lose the contacts i had entered.
The only realy way i found to do this was throu the sim manager and
typing the name/number (that's all it has for you to inter).
Not the best way i supose, but to me it seem's like the only way.
But i still love the 8125 nevertheless.
