I figure out how to change my calling ringtone with MP3's but i just can find the folder of my txt msg ringtone....is it in the same folder and i am just over looking it or what???
You can only use WAV files for test message notifications. You should convert your MP3s to WAV using a third-party converter and then move the wav files over to the \Windows folder ony our Pocket PC. Make sure they arne't too big! Hope that helps!
^^yeah, put them in the Windows Folder. Then go to Settings>Sounds & Notifications>Notifications Tab, change the Event to "Messenging: New Text Message" and your new tone should be in the list of available sounds.
where is the "windows folder" on the 8125? i was able to convert to a WAV file but i cant find the right folder.....pls help!!!
The Windows folder is a Hidden Folder. What you need to do is open Explorer, Click Tools>Folder Options>View Tab. You'll see an option that says "Hidden Files and Folders". Under that, make sure Show All Hidden Files and Folders is selected.
