In talking with the Cingular rep, he said that even though you close out an app on the 8125 it still runs in the background (seems like a pain). He also had some software loaded where when he closes out of an app, it truly closes and isn't using up CPU usage. Anyone know wha that is?

BTW: How do you close out apps manually?
Hey dirt!
To close manually, you have to go into the settings/system/memory/running programs and select and close whichever you want to close.
But the software the Cingular rep had is a little freeware thing called "smartskey". It enables you to do a lot of one-handed stuff, ala the Treo.
You'll find it here, towards the bottom of the post:

I'd also recommend using a program called Magic Button or Spb Pocket Plus. Both of which can be found in our downloads section here.
I would just like to add to Tim's great tips. Don't forget to install Memaid for your memory cleaner and handler, its a great tool to maximized your pocket pc memory.
