I currently have a IPAQ 4700 and will shortly be getting a PocketPC phone as well. The IPAQ comes with a backup program that i believe HP installs on it. I'm not sure if my PocketPC phone will have it and even if I have to pay extra I want something that is very good.
My questions:
What is a good backup program to go with?
It has to obviously be very reliable.
It has to be able to back up to a card or either a computer through a data cable is preferable.
Of course do a 100% backup of everything on the pocket pc including the sd card.
It has to be so if I do have a complete crash I can restore it to the original state.
Thanks for any suggestions.

markw10, welcome to the forums! There are many backup programs out there but there are two that I would note, Sprite Backup, and Spb Backup.
I recommend Sprite Backup because it is very stable. Also, I believe your hx4700 has this software preinstalled as well. Sprite Software has won many awards for this backup program, so you're in safe hands.
Spb Backup is a fairly new backup utility, but Spb has been around the Pocket PC arena for years. They usually shell out quality products.
If you are unsure about either s program, I'd go with Sprite Backup first. Let me know how it goes.
