i purchased a pocket pc from someone and i am trying to install the free version of pocketmusic. everytime i try to install it i get a message about an illegal license being used and pocket music shuts down. i uninstall it and install it again and the same thing happens. is there some way to install the free version if im getting this message?
I'm not sure what is causing your difficulty. Perhaps a few questions will pinpoint the issue:
Where did you download the free version you are trying to install?
What type of PPC are you using, and what OS is it running?
When you purchased the PPC, did you hard reset and start with a "clean" unit, or did you just start installing software? Was there already software installed when you received it?
Welcome to the forums! I hope we can find an answer to your question!
