So, I just bought an IPAQ 6315 because I wanted to use the GPRS to check my corporate email while I'm in the field. . . Later to find that my company considers it a security risk. I cannot logon to the exchange server with any machine, except the company laptop.
I figure the best way around this might be to leave my laptop at home, and connected. I've been trying to remotely synch with my laptop, I just today tried gotomypc.com, and it worked, but what a pain. Is there any other way?
I'M DESPERATE.
No way I've by myself check the issue with my exchange server administrator, you can't synchronize directly to exchange server except if it's configured by the exchange admin.
You can only synch with your outlook on your desktop

I never thought I would recommend Emoze to somebody, but, who knows, you may like it. Install Emoze on your Desktop PC and PDA and emails that reach your inbox will also make it to your PDA. And it's free. The site has a very easy to follow setup guide. After it's setup and configured, you will be able to check your email in the field. Its works like a Push Mail service. Your desktop Pc must have a permanent internet connection. Hope this helps.
