Anyone out there a Pocket PC toting Realtor? If so are there any software programs for your Pocket PC that you’d recommend?
I’ve already picked up the Pocket 12C calculator. HERE but I’m still looking for more useful things. One in particular could be just a normal project manager. Something that I can keep notes in about a deal when the next due date for something is ie. Open houses, Inspections, walk through, closing or anything I feel like putting a date to also a check off list for things needed to be done for the project and due dates etc..
