I've saved some PPC software like Pocket Informant, BugMe etc onto a Kingston 128MB CF card.
Now I'm just wondering if its possible to install these programs or execute them directly onto my Ipaq, therefore saving me time to use active sync.
I'm only aware of being able to execute an installation directly on a PPC (or from storage card) from a .cab file...otherwise you will have to go through Activesync.

I know that WebIS (the makers of Pocket Informant) do distribute .cab files so you could just download the cabs to your Pocket PC and use them to install. I am not sure about Bug-me though.
