Theme / skin program mystery

hi! its been a while since last i used a pocketpc pda, and ive forgotten most of it.
i have these old prints saved from a time long since passed, what program was it i used to skin PPC like this?

OK, top to bottom:
Date (built-in)
Program bar (OmegaOne)
Battery Bar (OmegaOne)
Tasks (built in)
Calendar Bar (pretty sure, OmegaOne)
The memory & battery bar are built into Faceliift
The launcher bar I believe is also Facelift
Calendar (built in)
