Issues with Active Sync - Update

Hi all,
well now I have narrowed down the activesync issue to any 3rd party PIM I install on the iPaq?
I have tried Agenda Fusion and Pocket Informant, and when either of those apps are installed, I get Sync problems but when I remove them it all returns to normal...
Am I missing something here? like a setting not checked or something like that?
:?
This seems really strange to me and it is only when 3rd party PIM's are installed, all other apps are fine. Thing is I like Agenda Fusion so much that I don't want to remove it.
Has anyone else had these type of issues after installing software and then getting sync issues?
Any help appreciated.
Kind regards
Rossco

Rossco,
Something about what you said reminded me of an issue that might be holding you back. It could be memory! AF and PI use a decent amount of memory to get their jobs done. I used to have the same problem sometimes while running PI - activesync would fail. The reason was that it didn't have enough PPC memory to run. So what I would do is use Wisbar to close PI and then try to sync again. It started working every time.
So what you might want to do is check to see if Agenda fusion is running when you try to sync and it fails, if so, go to settings>memory and close it down and see if it syncs better.

Brad,
you legend , that works (Rossco now has very red face ) that didn't even occur to me at all, I now make it a habit to close all apps prior to resync.
Thanks a lot, much appreciated.
Kind regards
Rossco

Brad,
you legend
Thanks! I'll be here all week, tip your waiters and waitresses....
I am happy you got it working! If you can minimize the amount of space in your main memory, it should help a bit too.
