Help needed with $%#%^ Real Player Mobile...

Hello all -- I'm trying to use Real Player mobile on an HP ipaq 4155 to get at streaming audio from the BBC. The Beeb's website is Real-Player only; I have no trouble listening to things using Real on my desktop. But Real Mobile just gives me "could not connect to server" messages when I try to get at the same content. In fact the only streaming anything it seems to want to play is the trash on the Real website.
The ipaq itself is working really well in all other respects --
I'm certain I'm leaving something out here -- Help, anyone -- ?
Thanks in advance --

Quick question: Are you trying to access the stream while your iPaq is docked? Real player doesnt support streaming though Activesync
At least they didnt the last time I tried it.

Good point -- I should have mentioned that I've tried it both docked and undocked. Ideally I'd run it through a wireless-b LAN, but I'm flexible on that.
Thanks for the response!

Ok, I'm not sure I understand. Do you have a wireless connection to your Lan yet? What you need to do is form some sort of direct connection to the internet before Real player will work.

Yes, of course I do -- I connect via wireless-b and RoadRunner, and in every other respect but Real Player all works well. And, Real Player will do some things, such as play files , but it won't stream anything other than the few items on their ppc web page --

Ok..
I just found a Google thread describing your exact issue. Apparently a lot of people are having trouble streaming BBC.
A couple have broken through though.
Let me know if you get it workin

That is *VERY MUCH* appreciated -- many thanks!
I'll report anything I figure out based on the Google material --
