Overclocking the Pocket PC with Pocket Hack Master

Have you ever wondered what is "Overclocking" or what can it do for your Pocket PC? MTekk has posted a review of Pocket Hack Master for the Pocket PC.
I personally have been using Today Task Killer to overclock my Toshiba e805 available from Pocket PC Tools . 8) But that is strictly for the Toshiba. Here's a utility for the rest of the world.
OK, so now that's over, what is overclocking and what is Pocket Hack Master? In simple terms, overclocking is the process of running a CPU at a higher speed than it has been tested and approved for, to obtain performance benefits. Pocket Hack Master is an "advanced utility for controlling your XScale CPU" which permits the user to (among other things) change the CPU speed of their device.
Given the incomplete manual and a few deficiencies of the interface design, I still give PHM a powerful 9/10

Check out the review to open up all the possibilities of your PPC. Beware, overclocking could cause you to HARD RESET your device. Use with extreme caution.

TodayTaskKiller will work on any device running WM2003 according to the author (I've never tried it on anything besides an e805).

I made a mistake once. I thought I'd made a mistake but I hadn't.
