Dave at MTekk has posted a short review of Splash Photo for Pocket PC.
An interesting problem that he came across was that Splash Photo only allows you to view pictures in the Splash Photo directory. I found it annoying that I was only able to use SplashPhoto to view files that were in the SplashPhoto directory. I have a 'My Pictures' folder within 'My Folders' where all new images shot with the camera are stored. Although the Camera application allows you to change the destination folder, I quite like 'My Pictures' as the destination thank-you-very-much. After all that is what they are! I believe that SplashPhoto should allow you to locate and view images captured by the device also Summary
SplashPhoto is a great little application for carrying around your favorite digital images in a format that is ideal for Handheld devices. If you are a snapper of many digital images and like to show them off using your PDA, this is most certainly the software for you. The stability of the application is smashing, and ample features are provided for morphing your Desktop image into the perfect Handheld image.
Check out the rest of the review where he compares SplashPhoto vs. Pictures vs. Album..
