For people like myself that need to track all mileage on your automobile, Pocket Mileage may be a good application to switch away from using an excel spreadsheet. I always forget to update my spreadsheet after taking trips but I always carry my PPC so maybe this could be a bit more convenient.
Overview
PocketMileage II is designed for those who need to track their vehicle mileage for tax purposes or for mileage cost reimbursement by their employer. Mileage data and information can be entered easily on a single screen, with the user having the ability to assign a category and note to each entry. Multiple vehicles can be tracked with PocketMileage II, and monthly/yearly mileage and cost summaries can be displayed on the screen.
The user can define multiple categories with different associated cost-per-mileage values for total cost calculations. In addition, PocketMileage II can export mileage data to a file in CSV format for importing into a spreadsheet program (e.g., MS-Excel), or as a HTML file for viewing and/or printing from a web browser.
