HP has released a customer advisory. This only affects you if you use your H1900 or H2200 series with Socket's SDIO In-Hand Scan Card.
The issues is that the drivers are incompatible with the SDIO card drivers in the H19000 and H2200 series iPAQ's. HP and Socket Communication have collaborated together to resolve this issue.
