MobileClipper.com has launched a web service that allows PPC owners to view personalized browser content.
Clips are created online using the your PC web browser. You specify what is to be clipped using a series of commands.
The simplest clip has just 3 commands: a web address, the text before the text to be clipped and the text after the text to be clipped.
More advanced commands allow you to fine tune the clip to add your own text, add line breaks and replace clipped text with other text. This allows you to tidy up clipped text to make it more presentable on the phone's display. More advanced usage requires a rudimentary knowledge of HTML.
