Ilium Software today announced the release of ListPro(R) version 4.0 for Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs and Smartphones as well as Windows-based PCs. New features include a New List Wizard that steps users through the process of creating a list based on included or supplied templates, or templates that the user creates. In addition to each item in a list having a note, entire lists can now have a note attached. A new Filter Bar allows filtering lists on the contents of any column, and structured lists can now optionally be used independently of the list hierarchy.
Maybe I should move my lists out of Outlook and into a real list application. The problem is most of my lists are tasks and I prefer to set reminders on certain days and check them off...plus they show up on the front screen for Pocket Informant. What do you use for keeping your lists?
