The DaVinci Codes

Has anyone checked out "The DaVinci Codes" ...it seems to be all the rage these days...I would like to hear if it's worth buying.
Right now, I'm waiting for the Pete Rose book (hardcover) to be delivered from Amazon... but if I hear good things about "The Da Vinci Codes" then I may just get the eBook...

Yeah, I've read The Da Vinci Code. But if you are going to read a Dan Brown book, might I suggest you start with Angels and Demons? It is a good lead up to Da Vinci Code - much more exciting. Plus, it's in paperback so you can save a few bux too!

Well, I hadn't heard about them till I was goofing with Musicmatch. The MM radio plays a bunch of their songs. I started using the MM wish list to mark songs that I really liked, I looked at the list the other day and almost all the songs were Teenage fanclub! -- A band I've never heard of!
Here's a blurb for you: Noel Gallagher hit the proverbial nail on the head in 1997 when he sat his labelmates Teenage Fanclub down at Air Studios in London and proclaimed them to be the second-best band in the world. He was right — but of course, Radiohead, and not his band, was arguably number one....
