If you are a fan of looking in on what's going on in other parts of the world via webcam, there is now an application that promises you can do it from your Pocket PC. Earth Voyeur .NET (Affiliate link) is a webcam viewer where you would simply enter the URL of your favorite webcam and it will refresh it at the interval you choose. Earth Voyeur comes preloaded with 15 webcam "favorites", including webcams of the Eiffel Tower, Las Vegas NV, Vail CO, Times Square NY, a Cruise Ship, and several beach cams. These favorites can be modified by editing a simple text file. In addition, you can save the current Image at any point and display it later with an Image Viewer on your Phone.
