My ipaq hx2495 started acting funny recently. I use excel a lot on it. I also use an SD card as my main storage. When I modify a spreadsheet and try to save it if fails and tells me it cannot save, This happensd every time on every different file I use. They work if I use them in main memory. If I send them back to the card they fail again. I thought my card was going bad so I picked up another. Hooked myself up to the computer and Activesync won't run. The PC can't see the device. The ipaq says I need greater than 4.0 on my PC. I have 4.5. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. I know it sees me putting it in the cradle because it tries to connect. I don't know if these are seperate issues or connected.
I did discover that my SD card was the issue for my saving problem. I still cannot use Activesync. That still acts the same. Does anyone have a thought?
