Cellular to ipaq transfer?

I have a Razor V3x mobile and a HP hx4700 ipaq, given to me by my son.

There is a good snooker game I wish to transfer from V3x to the ipaq if possible please.

My desktop PC is running...

1) Win XP
2) USB bluetooth.
3) Motorola Phone tools software.
3) Activesync.

This snooker game resides in Entertainment/Snooker, but unable to view with my current software above.

I am a newbie (senior citezen), so be gentle with me please, LOL
