If you are using wm6.1, then go to Start > Settings > System > Remove Programs.
Here will be listed all the programs that can be removed. System programs or primary programs that cannot be removed will not be listed here.
As usual, if you are in doubt, make sure you have backed up all your installed programs and data, before proceeding.

hey you could try to flash to a different rom that doesnt have all the "extra" software that you dont want. but why are you trying to clear the memory of the phone in the first place if u have a memory card. is the card full and u need more memory or are u trying to clear space to make it run smoother????
both. my memory card is like half full but I can't store another flash player on the phone bcuz I don't have the space. so now I'm stuck with not being able to watch internet videos on the phone. any advice ?

Transfers can be done from your pda direct to PC via USB cable .
Bluetooth can also.
Just connect your pda to your PC via USB ( should be supplied with your pda). Use Active Sync if your PC is using Windows XP or Windows Mobile Device Center if your PC is using Windows Vista..
Use Windows Explorer on your PC to either drag and drop or copy and paste your files or folders from pda to PPC or vice versa.. This is for those folders and files that are not already set as "sync"...
with the tilt u can use sprite backup to save your contacts to a backup file in the storage card. i believe ther are other programs that do the same if u can get sprite. as for saving directly im not sure about that. and as far as running flash with a mobile device i havent heard of anyone being able to do it yet if they dont have an iphone. ive DL the flash plugin and it didnt work for me. the peps who made firefox are makin a moblie browser that is suppost to support flash content but not sure wen it will b release fully. PLEASE correct me if im wrong with anything.
