Samsung Blackjack & Windows Mobile 6 crash

I called the mobile division for assistance in upgrading my Blackjack to Windows Mobile 6. After the tech walked me through the upgrade the phone was stuck in airplane mode and no bluetooth. Every other function was working fine. The tech had me do a hard reset to no avail. He then told me to take it to an AT&T store to get it flashed back to the original configuration. We would then try to upgrade it again. I went to AT&T and they said crazy, they don't flash phones. I called the tech back and was told they would email me a mailing slip in order to send the phone to their repair center in TX. There it would be flashed and then upgraded to Windows Mobile 6 and sent back to me. I shipped the phone to Samsung and it passed inspection and was sent to S/W for update. Since then nothing but a run around. Waiting 3 weeks for a IC power fuse from Korea. No one can tell me when they expect the fuse. I talked with an executive supervisor and told her I had been without my for for 3 weeks and the executive supervisor said She would have bought a new phone by now. I said I spent $500 for the Blackjack and she said She would never spend $500 for a phone.

My experience with Samsung has not Wowed me, nor has it been Simple. Worst of all, I feel that Samsung has done something to me ... NOT for me.

All I ever wanted was to upgrade my Blackjack to Windows Mobile 6. Should have been simple, don't you think? Any suggestions on how to get my phone back and working ?
