I turn the unit on and every time no matter if i have performed a hard reset or not the same application window opens which gives me 3 choices of what to click on, at the bottom it says tools then gives me admin logon or about, i do not know the password for the unit and there is no way for me to exit the application window with the 3 icons, at the top of the screen it says tap item once to use. Is there a way to exit this screen using the qwerty keyboard? or any other methods suggested?
