having trouble registering MemMaid v2.2

Hi all, I'm a newbie to the forum, and since a couldn't find the answer to my question using the search function, I thought I'd ask here....please direct me to the proper forum category if this is not the right one for this question....

I have a T-Mobile Wing with MemMaid v. 2.2 on it. I love the utility and it works great, however I cannot seem to register my program. After getting the program, I got my email with my registration code on it....but when I entered my reg code into MemMaid's "register" screen, the screen still tells me that the "trial period will expire in 13 days". I entered my reg code 3 times, but I still get the same "trial period" message.

I have MemMaid installed on my storage card.....would this have anything to do with it? Does MemMaid have to be stored in the regular device memory?

Any suggestions would be appreciated, because I'd like to keep MemMaid instead of having the app expire on me!

Restita

There's a very good chance that's what the issue is. Try moving it into device memory.

Being on your SD card does not matter at all (most of my apps, including Memmaid) are on my card.

Make sure you are entering your registration information EXACTLY. Case and spaces will matter. If that does not work I would recommend you email support@dinarsoft.com for assistance.
