mapping S2U2 to the PTT button on the 8525

I would like to map Slide to unlock 2 run when i press the PTT button, but i dont want it to run all the time, so my question is kinda in two parts.

A. How can I get S2U2 to only run when I press the PTT button?
B. What program should I use to map S2U2 TO the Push to talk button?
