I had to reload my activesync after i reformatted my computer. im trying to change my ringtone, but activesync isn't putting the /windows folder onto my computer, so i created it and i also created /windows/ring and put the ringtone in there but my phone won't see it. im not sure what else i should do.

I am not sure what you are referring to as AS does not put a Windows folder on your computer. Are you able to sync with your 8125? If yes, after you connect are you able to click on the Explore folder in your Activesync window to browse your PPC?
