Hi ya'll . . . I'm a Newbie with a prob. sorry. I have a Palm T/X; had Mobile db on it for several years and it 'croaked'. I upgraded to Mobile db Excel. . . of course, the older db files didn't hot sync to it for some reason. I've recuperated from that shock and loss. Now if someone with a brain could just tell me how to print my new files from Mobile db Excel. Yes, I know the customer support service from Handmark. . . . but that hasn't worked too well for the past two weeks. : ] So, I thought I would come to where the really big-brains are and ask someone who can help me. Thanks so much! I look forward to reading and learning lots from your site.
for the welcome. I know I will learn a lot here; can't wait to dig in.
I had soooo many files on my Mobile DB. You know, like every DVD we ever bought. : / Gone; just gone. Sigh. I had several years of art show information and mileage for each year for tax purposes. Gone; just gone. Poof, just like that. That's why I bought Mobile db Excel. . . you are supposed to be able to print your files. Once I painstakingly reenter ALL of my files, I need to print them . . . just in case I crash and burn again, I'll have the information.
I've been looking around on the issues and about the device/programs that you use.
It'll be a little bit harder for any of us to help, unless that person has been having some experience with Palm.
This site is a little big on Windows Mobile Devices, so many of us may have little or not at all experiences with Palm OS.
Maybe you can try this site. It's also kind of hard to find out more info on Palm forums, because nothing new has been coming out, so people are kind of leaving Forums. So this might be the best bet I can do for you.
I'm very sorry. If I knew how to use it or had it in my hands, I'd have tried to help you. Good luck though
